Located at the heart of the CHA campus, this new-build gymnasium and activity center will serve as a dedicated hub for enhanced student life, athletics, and community engagement. With telescoping seating and a retractable divider, the facility will be big enough to host two full court basketball games and four tournament-style volleyball games simultaneously. The center will also feature new locker rooms and restrooms to support athletes and guests. Valenti is collaborating with OKW Architects for a 2027 delivery.
