North Shore Country Day | Upper School Building

A 14,000-SF addition and 29,500-SF renovation to the Upper School Building on the occupied JK-12 campus. During construction, temporary facilities were built to accommodate high school student population. The complex project included the complete renovation and modernization of the existing four-story building.

The construction of the north and south four-story additions house the new collaborative learning studios, administrative offices and a gathering area, as well as larger stair towers and an elevator. The project achieved LEED® Silver Certification.
