The Project Manager organizes all resources for the successful execution of Valenti construction projects and leads the project team to ensure project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and client satisfaction objectives are met.

We look for professional aptitude, and someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and kind. Critical to this career path is the ability to communicate well with your team, partners and clients.

  • 01 3-10 years of related project management experience.
  • 02 B.S. in Construction Engineering/Management (or related field) preferred
  • 03 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities (tact, diplomacy, negotiation, etc.).
  • 04 Self-motivated and directed, with high attention to detail. Ability to add value to a project, and improve the team and client experience.
  • 05 Thorough understanding of industry practices and processes, including technical and functional expertise. BIM and Revit experience preferred.
