A high-impact renovation for Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago, on the Sager Campus which serves ~400 K-8 students. The intent of this project was to renovate the central areas of the school in ways that would reflect their values, create connection and community, and support hands-on learning and innovation. The scope included upgrades to the main entry and stairwell, creating a more vibrant welcome experience; a renovation to the Beit Knesset to support prayer and life-cycle events; and a major renovation to the existing Library and adjacent spaces, encouraging project-based learning and maker education.
