Project-In-Progress: Valenti was competitively selected to deliver a major renovation for Carole Robertson Center for Learning at their flagship location in Little Village. The project was brought to life by Center staff, community leaders, and elected officials who raised the funding and support needed to transform this long-standing facility into a more vibrant place for early education and youth development.
Scope includes the buildout of a new discovery center, a refreshed library and gym, and dedicated gross motor skills rooms. Also included are new MEP and HVAC systems, comprehensive window replacement to allow for more natural light, reconfiguration of the parking lot and new landscaping.
