The Merion | Phase I

Conversion of the North Shore Retirement Hotel (built in 1920) into a luxury senior rental community, The Merion.

The scope included a full renovation of the lobby and amenity spaces including the ballroom and pre-function spaces, food service and dining facilities, bar, staff offices, and building entrances. The project was completed in multiple phases, with the building fully occupied during construction. Extensive temporary provisions were required including a temporary commercial kitchen facility and life safety provisions to keep the Merion fully functional during construction.
