In the 1960s, the three large bay windows (approximately 20’ tall by 20’ wide) in the main living room were removed and replaced with aluminum frame windows. New construction of a 2,700-SF pool house building which included a commercial grade kitchen and casual dining area.
Demolition of an existing aquatic center to build a new aquatic campus. The scope consisted of a new 4,200-SF pool house, two new pools and locker rooms. The project also included the renovation of the existing concession building.
A clubhouse renovation that enhanced and revived the casual dining experience for Sunset Ridge Country Club members. An extensive millwork-focused project included construction of a new 30’ long bar, new fireplaces, renovated library, improved club dining rooms, and renovation of the women’s card room.
