Lincoln Prairie (Summer 2023 Delivery)

IN-PROGRESS: Lincoln Prairie is a lifestyle community in Aurora, IL – thoughtfully planned to support connection, quality living and recreation. Phase I (a Sales Center and Guardhouse) of the larger development is complete, and Phase II is well underway. The scope includes multiple aquatics and recreational spaces to support the residents of this 500-single family home development. An expansive community clubhouse will host an array of amenities including a fitness center, social rooms, billiards room and indoor aquatics facility. Exterior community amenities will include an expansive trail system, an outdoor aquatics facility, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce courts, and supportive site and parking infrastructure. Phase II will be delivered in Summer 2023.
