An eight-story addition to The Merion, a senior living community. The project included a winter garden, extensive amenities including an indoor pool, and first floor retail space. The addition of 65 independent living apartments on the upper floors created a total of 205 units throughout the facility. The units feature modern conveniences necessary for senior residents to live comfortably and safely.
