Trulee Evanston | Solera Senior Living

Construction of a new, LEED Silver senior living residential building. The building is nine stories tall and includes independent living units, assisted living units, and memory care units. Gerald Subaru of Naperville

New construction of a two-story high performance Subaru dealership. The project included showrooms, sales and support offices, a customer lounge, service areas, parts storage, a car wash and detailing area.

Eagle Test Systems

A 96,400-SF corporate headquarters which included office, manufacturing, and warehouse space. The structure is a two-story steel frame and deck with perimeter load bearing precast panels.

Northview Bank & Trust

A standalone branch bank building designed in Shingle Style architecture featuring exterior field stone accents and trellis-style canopies, embracing the aesthetic context of the surrounding neighborhood. The project scope included a lobby, private offices, workstations, teller stations, a conference room and two-lane drive-thru.

Wintrust Bank | Mayfair

A new branch bank building including included a high-performance building envelope and the use of regionally sourced and recycled materials. The site was completely redeveloped including the installation of a closed-loop geothermal field consisting of eight 500’ deep wells providing for heating and cooling. This project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.

Fox Powersports | Harley Davidson Retail Store

A 5,300-SF interior buildout to the Harley Davidson retail store located on Michigan Avenue. The buildout included exposed ceilings, a polished concrete floor, a new elevator to access the second floor, a new custom staircase connecting the first and second floor, and installation of Harley Davidson identity and brand elements throughout the space.
