Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP

Delivered in early 2023, this project involved a significant renovation and 40% expansion for the Chicago office and law firm, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. The expansion included a state-of-the-art conference center, new employee amenities, additional attorney offices, and a monumental communicating stair. The stair component required major structural modifications, in which our team cut through the slab on the 27th floor and created a vertical opening to extend the preserved feature and bridge floors 26 through 28. Taft’s existing office space received substantial renovations with select areas completely rebuilt to new design standards, and the remainder of the space received comprehensive high-end finish upgrades.
