Renovation to the historically significant 850 Lake Shore Drive (formerly Lake Shore Athletic Club) for the adaptive reuse and conversion into approximately 200 units for multi-family apartments and common areas. Valenti installed 276 tons of steel to complete the structural and core upgrades. Facade and window restoration work were also included in the scope.
This project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
