Delivered in April 2025, Valenti completed a full-floor renovation of the 12th Floor at Northern Trust’s Corporate Headquarters located at 50 S. LaSalle Street. At 26,000 SF, the space features high-end finishes and custom millwork that reflect the company’s distinct brand identity. The space includes a wellness room, business lounge, café, multiple boardrooms, executive suites, 143 open seating desks, and dedicated huddle/focus rooms. A client for 20+ years, Valenti has delivered 40+ projects of varying size, scope and cost for Northern Trust. More important to us than the volume of work that we have completed for our client, is the level of service that we have provided and the consistency with which we have done so.
