MakeOffices

Valenti completed a series of interior buildout projects for MakeOffices, delivering dynamic coworking environments across multiple floors. The projects featured a mix of private and open office spaces, conference and meeting rooms, amenity spaces, and technology-enabled collaboration areas, including call rooms, phone booths, and huddle rooms. Design elements included extensive glass office fronts, exposed ceilings, and acoustical treatments to balance openness with privacy and functionality. Successful execution required close coordination with MakeOffices’ national vendors to ensure consistency and quality across the projects.

Valenti also provided MakeOffices with extensive value engineering services during the preconstruction phase to deliver all seven of their locations/projects within budget—three locations in Chicago, and four locations on the East Coast.
