Construction of a new, LEED Silver senior living residential building. The building is nine stories tall and includes independent living units, assisted living units, and memory care units. Also included in the scope were indoor amenity spaces (a wellness center, salon, theatre, community room, dining area, business center, and library), a green roof and terrace spaces, and onsite lower level parking.
