Ulta Beauty Flagship Store

A comprehensive renovation of Ulta’s four-story flagship store. Exterior improvements included a new curtainwall and metal panel facade facing State Street, and extensive masonry restoration at the other elevations.  Interior construction featured extensive structural demolition to accommodate new vertical services including a glass and metal spiral staircase, new escalators, and a new elevator. Interior improvements included retail spaces, a full-service salon with private treatment rooms, offices, and training and conference facilities.
