A new branch bank building including included a high-performance building envelope and the use of regionally sourced and recycled materials. The site was completely redeveloped including the installation of a closed-loop geothermal field consisting of eight 500’ deep wells providing for heating and cooling.
This project achieved LEED® Gold Certification.
