An interior renovation for a real estate investment management firm, delivered on the 53rd floor of 300 N. LaSalle. The buildout skillfully balanced the reuse and preservation of existing conditions and infrastructure – while incorporating new features such as frameless glass office fronts, refined millwork, and newly minted spaces including social hubs and wellness rooms.
