The SThree office renovation was a turnkey project through Tishman Speyer. The interior buildout, located on the 24th floor of 222 W. Adams (The Franklin), included an entry experience, multiple boardrooms, phone rooms, conference and small huddle rooms, open workplace, and a custom pantry and kitchen space. SThree is a global STEM-specialist recruitment partner that connects sought-after specialists in life sciences, technology, engineering and data analytics.
