A full-floor demolition and buildout of several new spec suites located on the ninth floor of 550 W. Adams. Near to Chicago Union Station, this Class A high-rise offers a meaningful sense of place to both the suburban and urban workforce. In addition to the newest spec suites, our team also renovated and expanded Quincy’s Lounge, a comprehensive amenity space located on the second floor.
