The new administrative building for the Evans Scholars Foundation serves as the headquarters of the organization – supporting day-to-day office operations and events held in conjunction with scholarship interviews and other related programming.

The Evans Scholars Foundation is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide full tuition and housing college scholarships to golf caddies. The project features a 150-person meeting space and a Caddie Hall of Fame, which includes notable members such as Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Chick Evans. The project was designed to capture the essence and mission of the organization – and so the building and surrounding site were designed to reflect a golf course.
