Valenti completed the transformation of two adjacent spec suites on the 20th floor of The Franklin into contemporary, move-in-ready workspaces. Thoughtfully reconfigured to function independently or as a combined tenancy, the redesigned spaces balance private offices with an expanded selection of collaborative amenities, including conference and huddle rooms, phone rooms, reception areas, work cafés and lounges, and a wellness room. Valenti has completed multiple projects within The Franklin, spanning both capital improvement work and tenant interiors.
