Delivered in November 2022, this project included the construction of two new spec suites located on the 13th floor within the CME Center. The spaces reflect Tishman Speyer’s new standard for what spec suites may provide – both aesthetically and functionally. The two spec suites cover 16,400 square feet, and were a collaboration with architecture firm – DLR Group, and engineering firm – Environmental Systems Design, Inc.
