Youth Services of Glenview / Northbrook

A critical expansion and renovation project for Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook. This organization has one goal, which is “to foster the social and emotional wellbeing of children and youth.” YSGN offers various programs including counseling, crisis intervention and socialization groups. Adding new volume to their existing building allowed for additional therapy rooms and the expansion of services, as well as an increase in office and workstation space. The expansion also supported a reimagined lobby and welcoming experience. Our team was proud to execute this build, but even more so to champion this client by minimizing costs, maximizing value, and working with their board and community members to secure and utilize donated materials.
