A four-story, 190,000-SF office addition to the existing five-story corporate headquarters building. The building featured high-end finishes and included a lobby, open office space, private offices, a dining facility, fitness center, training areas, and a mission critical call center. A new 250kW back-up generator was installed in the parking structure as back-up power supply for outages.

The five-level precast concrete parking structure holds 720 cars and was built while the building was occupied.
