A 67,130-SF precast concrete addition to an existing plastic injection molding manufacturing facility. The project logistics accommodated the current facilities continued operations. The addition facility holds manufacturing and distribution functions for the company.
Wieland Metals, Inc.
A 10,000-SF vertical expansion, including infrastructure and process piping for a new production line. Construction was completed while the facility was fully operational.
HydraForce | Phase II
Phase II of the HydraForce project included an interior office build-out, a new parking lot with 201 spaces, site work, new electrical service, and production line MEP work – including a gas fired IT generator. Phase I was completed in 2013 – see project.
