A comprehensive renovation of Ulta’s four-story flagship store. Park Ridge Uptown Redevelopment

A mixed-use development at the intersection of Touhy Ave. and Northwest Highway in Uptown Park Ridge, including three five-story buildings connected by two levels of underground parking. The development consisted of 270,000-SF of residential space, 455 underground parking stalls, 50,000-SF of retail space, and a public plaza.

Tishman Speyer, 10 South Wacker

A comprehensive renovation and expansion of a tenant amenity space including a lounge, library, bar, wellness rooms, conference spaces, and a multi-purpose game and large meeting space. High-quality finishes were installed alongside extensive acoustical and audio-visual elements to accommodate various uses within this vibrant space.

MakeOffices, Glover Park

A  co-working space featuring private and open offices, a large community pantry, numerous conference rooms, and break-out collaboration spaces. Design features include extensive use of glass office fronts with an exposed ceiling, and multiple acoustical treatments. Close coordination with MakeOffices national vendors was necessary to complete the project.

MakeOffices, 541 North Fairbanks

22nd Floor Build-Out: Full floor build-out of the 22nd floor featuring densely constructed coworking office space. The space incorporated many technology enabled break out areas such as call rooms, phone booths, huddle rooms, and conference rooms.
