Conversion of a manufacturing facility into a full service dual point auto complex near North and Clybourn. Grossinger City Autoplex is a 310,000-SF, LEED® Silver project located in a Chicago Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district. The building was constructed to the lot lines, which left zero room for outdoor automobile inventory. Smart design and configuration allowed us to execute an interiors build where all automobiles can be stored inside the building, with parking available on the roof.
