The Valenti team has partnered with theMart on several projects throughout recent years, ranging from amenity space upgrades to corridor renovations. All projects were strategically completed due to the nature of the occupied building, and all the functions and purposes it serves.
A major renovation of the existing Bourse building, a 123-year-old Victorian building listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project included base building improvements, MEP infrastructure upgrades to accommodate a commercial food hall on the ground floor, co-working space, spec office space, and preservation of the historical elements.

High-quality finishes were installed alongside extensive acoustical and audio-visual elements to accommodate various uses within this vibrant space.

Design features include extensive use of glass office fronts with an exposed ceiling, and multiple acoustical treatments.
