Project Manager

The Project Manager organizes all resources for the successful execution of Valenti construction projects and leads the project team to ensure project quality, schedule, cost control, safety and client satisfaction objectives are met.

We look for professional aptitude, and someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and kind. Critical to this career path is the ability to communicate well with your team, partners and clients.

01 3-10 years of related project management experience.
02 B.S. in Construction Engineering/Management (or related field) preferred
03 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities (tact, diplomacy, negotiation, etc.).
04 Self-motivated and directed, with high attention to detail. Ability to add value to a project, and improve the team and client experience.
05 Thorough understanding of industry practices and processes, including technical and functional expertise. BIM and Revit experience preferred.

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer assists in the management of projects, with emphasis on cost control, scheduling, expediting and other related tasks from conceptual stage budgeting and planning through project delivery and closeout.

We look for someone who exhibits a steadfastness in solving problems, and is idea-oriented. This role benefits from someone who can communicate complex issues effectively, and offer clarity and guidance on a path forward.

01 1-3 years experience in the construction field.
02 Degree in Construction Engineering or Management preferred.
03 Exceptional problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
04 Self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision.
05 Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to the discipline. Experience in BIM and Revit preferred.

Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is located onsite throughout the construction phase, and is responsible for supervising, sequencing, coordinating and monitoring all day-to-day onsite activities. Critical to this role is providing input and direction for ensuring a safe and secure jobsite through detailed logistics and safety planning. You will work closely with project teams (including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Subcontractors, Field Personnel and other office departments).

We look for someone with a confident ability to oversee a lot of moving parts and people. This role is vital in delivering successful projects on time and on budget, completed to the highest quality standards.
